3. Subscriptions & Payment

• PodcastIntell offers two paid plans: Pro ($12/month) and Pro+ ($20/month).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and start immediately upon signup.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your settings page.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish digest content at scale
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

Podcast content is owned by its respective creators. PodcastIntell generates AI summaries for personal informational use. The summarized content is derived from publicly available podcast feeds and transcripts.

6. Disclaimer

PodcastIntell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies. Always refer to the original podcast episode for definitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodcastIntell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
