Preferences: Your podcast subscriptions, delivery channel preference, role, topics of interest, and goals. These are used solely to personalize your digest.
Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your account via magic links
- Generate and deliver your personalized daily digest
- Send transactional emails (account verification, digest delivery)
- Improve our summarization and personalization quality
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate PodcastIntell:
- Resend — Email delivery
- OpenRouter — AI summarization
- Podscan — Podcast transcript retrieval
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure. Authentication tokens are signed with JWT and stored as httpOnly cookies. All connections use TLS encryption.
5. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Access your stored data from your dashboard and settings
- Update your preferences and profile
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
6. Cookies
We use a single httpOnly authentication cookie ("token") to maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
